Come and hear some popular classical works like Bizet’s ‘Carmen’ and Richard Strauss’‘2001: A Space Odyssey’ as well as some well-known film music, such as E.T., Lord of the Rings and Mission Impossible. In addition, we’ll be playing all your favourite ‘Last Night of the Proms’ music, so you’ll need to buy a £2 programme, which will have all the words for you to sing along to – there’s no excuse not to join in and wave your flags, as our guest choir will also be there to encourage you!
This concert is being sponsored by the Brelade-Harman Trust in memory of their daughter, Nadia (7th May 1976 – 12th August 2018) who’s life was taken far too early from Motor Neurone Disease. We’ll therefore be having a retirement collection in support of this charity, to help with their research into this devastating condition.
