Autumn Concert - Saturday, 15th November 2025, 7.30pm - A CONCERT NOT TO BE MISSED

Folkestone Symphony have returned to rehearsal and are rehearsing for the next concert on Saturday, 15th November 2025 at 7.30 pm in Holy Trinity Church, Sandgate Road, Folkestone CT20 2HQ. In addition to the Prince Igor Overture by Borodin and Dvorak's 7th Symphony, the highlight of this programme is the Concierto de Aranjuez by Rodrigo.  We will be joined by Pavel Ralev, a brilliant young guitarist from Bulgaria, who comes highly recommended by John Williams, the famous guitarist who brought this work alive and recorded it.

Calling French Horn and Trombone Players

The first rehearsal of the new season will take place on Monday, 1st September 2025.  We are looking for and would welcome any prospective new brass players but we need French Horn and Trombone players in particular.  If you are interested in joining us please write in to office@folkestonesymphony.org with details of your playing experience.  Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings from 7.30 - 9.30 pm.
