Folkestone Prom Concert - Saturday, 19th July 2025

Come and hear Folkestone Symphony perform another spectacular 'Last Night of the Proms' style concert.  In addition to the usual 'Last Night of the Proms' favourites, the programme will include:

• Excerpts from Bizet's 'Carmen' and the Waltz from Shostakovich's Jazz Suite No. 2
• TV music from Van der Valk - Eye Level
• Film music from 'Born Free', 'Romeo & Juliet', 'The Big Country', '2001 A Space Odyssey', The Flying Theme from 'E.T.'and 'Lord of the Rings'.
• The film section will finish with a surprise Finale.
